Focused on muscle performance, mobility, and recovery. Includes classic massage techniques, stretching, and mobilization. Ideal for active people and physical workers.
DE ARMOURING-MASSAGE
Bodywork aimed at releasing tensions on both a physical and emotional level. Based on presence, breathing, and listening to the body. Suitable if you want to increase body awareness, freedom, and relaxation. Price: from €150 / 2h. (Note: De-armouring is not an erotic service — it is a therapeutic bodywork method.)

Simo Karhula
I have been a massage entrepreneur in Rovaniemi since 2024. I completed my professional massage qualification at the Lapland Training Centre REDU (2023–2024) and did my internship at Finland's Sportmassage Institute SL in Fuengirola.

Instructions for the customer
When you come for a massage.
• Massage is always done according to the client's needs and wishes.
• On the first visit, we will go over your situation and the type of massage that is right for you.
• You can lie down on the massage table in a relaxed manner – only the area to be massaged is exposed, the rest of your body is covered. You can keep your underwear on.
• Please feel free to ask if you have any questions – I'm happy to help by phone or email.
Contraindications to massage
Massage is not performed if the client has: Fever or acute infection, contagious skin disease, acute inflammation or severe pain, thrombosis or embolism, recent injury, bleeding or surgery, intoxication.
Massage should only be performed with caution or not on the area to be treated if the client has: Varicose veins, wounds, rashes or bruises, heart, blood pressure or vascular disease, pregnancy, osteoporosis, cancer or a serious underlying illness (doctor's recommendation).
The client should always tell the masseuse about their health condition and medication before treatment.

I offer airbnb accommodation in connection with my care facility in a cozy rural setting in the village of Autti. Autti is located about 75km from Rovaniemi. On weekdays there is one bus service between Autti and Rovaniemi (see Matkahuolto: Rovaniemi - Autti). I recommend my guests to rent a car so that you can easily explore the area. You can easily rent a car from, for example, Rovaniemi airport.
The cozy room has a double bed and a sofa. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, living area and bathroom. If necessary, you can also do laundry. I also offer a homely breakfast for an additional fee.
The open courtyard area is a great place to admire the northern lights, and in the nearby area you can enjoy northern nature, for example on the Auttiköngäs hiking trails.

Spend a relaxing day in Autti, enjoying a massage, peaceful farmhouse life and northern nature. My accommodation package includes a massage, accommodation for one or two people, a homely breakfast and a guided visit to Auttiköngäs.
